It’s got a modest list of specs including a 3.5-inch screen, 1GHz processor, Android 2.3, 3MP camera, and 1.3MP front-facing camera. The smartphone elite will certainly be looking elsewhere for their next new phone, but the techie on a budget shouldn’t mind snagging a 4G Android Phone for $199 flat-out, including a $50 or $60 month-to-month contract. Personally, a 3.5-inch screen is small for my tastes, but there are a pack of people who prefer portability over big and bold displays.
